Second DUI in California ? |
I got a second DUI in the state of California I want to know if I have to go to jail because its my second.Well my first DUI was considered a wet reckless don't know if that is still considered a DUI I think you are going to get lucky and avoid jail time. The jails are full. Are you willing to do community service and "really" do it. The judge will want to know that you have already started the volunteer work at a children's shelter before the court date. And are you sorry about driving DUI. If you are not really sorry, the judge might sense it. Can you prove to the judge that you won't drive for 6 months; by showing that you have a teenager paid to drive you. I'd take my tooth brush and jammies to court. |
