I have a question about a dui?

What is the difference between a DUI and a DROVE OR IN ACTUAL PHYSICAL CONTROL OF MOTOR VEHICLE. I know the actual physical control part is when you are sitting in a running vehicle but I am confused about the Drove part of that. Wouldn't that just be a DUI?

You can be charged with Driving Under the Influence if you sleep in a parked car, drunk and alone, with the ignition keys in your pocket.

Thats right, if you are Under the Influence, alone, and inside a motor vehicle, the Driving part is not a requirement your being charged with DUI.

????????????? I know what a DUI is ... but the rest is?????? sorry . can't help
