A friend has a 1and a half yrs left on prob and got a DUI Wed.Night Unsupervised for2&halfyrs.What is he facin

Dui first offense. Probation was for 5 yrs. and will be up next November. Hasn't had to report to PO for 2 and a half years. Can anyone tell me with a law degree.
