I got a DUI in Illinois, DuPage County. Chances of recieving court supervision? |
I blew over a .16, so I'm classified as a moderate risk. I've never been arrested before. I'd say it's very likely you'll get probation... Shouldnt of been driving drunk anyways or even tipsy! Shame on you! Hope you don't get the Judge my cousin got. 60 days community service. They had him cleaning bath rooms in the court house and the public restrooms in the park. Stinking job. |
