If a restraining order is lifted, does your criminal records still show it? |
If someone puts a restraining order on another person and in reality there was nothing wrong, it was just one person doing that to harm the other one. The order is later lifted because of lack of evidence. Is the person criminal record still affected?, is still going to show a restraining order was put and lifted or it will look completely clean? it stays. |
