Can someone be appointed a minor's temp guardian if they are married to someone with a criminal background. |
They do background checks on the person getting gaurdianship. Does it matter if thier spouse has a criminal history? ( drug charges) They will look at what is in the best interest of the child. Depends solely on the case worker unless the fact is brought up to the judge. |
