Is getting a CU80 driving whilst using a mobile phone conviction in court, a criminal record? |
if the courts give you a fine and put 3 points on your drivers licence after challenging a mobile phone ticket in court, does that mean you have a criminal record? Strictly speaking it is a criminal conviction as is anything on your driving licence/record which carries endorsement and points. However, most people don't worry because so many have them. Also, it goes on the Police National Computer records. nope, haveing a driveing endorsement doesnt count as a criminal offense. http://ghsa.org/html/stateinfo/laws/cell... No.Ask that idiot Liam Byrne. |
