Do you believe that the adversarial system is the best way to achieve 鈥渏ustice鈥?in American criminal courts? What are some alternatives to the adversarial system that could be used in its place? The German system: both sides submit all evidence to the judge and the judge makes the decision. The wrongful conviction rate in Germany is less than 3%. In America, some believe it's over one third. |
