PROCES TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT?

i live in New Delhi

pls tell me how to file a complaint in a consumer court,
i am fed up with services of :
my internet ervice provider - Hathway &
mobile phone service provider: Vodafone.
none of them r listning to me & soling the problems.

also pls tell me that any action is taken against these companies or not,
and what other actionsi can take

Don't know where you live, but in the U.S., there is no such thing as a special "consumer court." If you want to sue someone go ahead, but you will need to use the same courts as everyone else. A lawsuit is designed to recover your damages, not to solve problems. If you have no damages, you have no claim.

live them, consumer court is not a good way, u will wasste your time there, u can take airtel internet servises its good, second option mtnl
