What is a consumer protection right from faulty video game products in B.C. canada? |
We bought a headset for an xbox 360 Live and spend just over $40 new from EB games. A month and a half later it stops working and when we called EB said that they give USED items one month warranty and new stuff 2 weeks. Since our item was new there was nothing he will do and told us we were out of luck and go to microsoft and deal with it there. (We have proof of purchase) This just doesnt seem right. You should buy used items then. |
