Should be considered theft if a consumer copies a film or a farmer saves licensed seed from year to year? Why or why not? Of course it is theft to copy a movie. As to the farmer, I would think that would depend on his license with the seed company. If that license does NOT allow him to save seed, and he wants to do so, he should not have bought the product. |
