Will land availability be a major issue facing cigar tobacco producers in the next 5 years?

If there was a major increase in the demand for cigars, would there be enough land available to meet the growing demand? (Assuming there is a major increase in consumer demand for cigars, would land availability be an issue?)

No.

When the Cigar Boom ocurred back in the early 90's and demand for cigars sky rocketed, the only thing that happened is that manufacturers cut fermentation time and shipped out green/young cigars.

A lot of smaller cigar factories popped up as well to take advantage of the demand.

Land availability was not an issue.......
