I send a courier on 6th jun. till that isn't recieved.how can I file a case in consumer court in delhi. How much I can get the benifit by doing the same.

Normally, any reputed courier service will have a mechanism for on line tracking. Please find out from their web-site. If your efforts to seek assist acne from them does not elicit any response, you have not option but to file an application before the Consumer Forum for deficiency of service. Try to have all the documents in your possession. Before filing the case, you may have a legal notice issued against the courier agency seeking compensation for the deficiency in service and for the loss you had incurred on account of that.
