Is thief a consumer? |
i was just wondering if a person who has stolen a good and is using it without the approval of the buyer...can he be called a consumer? Yes, he/she is ......consumption is use of a product paid for or not. Not a commercial consumer by definition. Theft drives retail prices up higher than normal supply/demand. Only for awhile. When company's finally do submit there loses for theft it goes in it's own little category although the product has probably already been consumed. |
