Do Homeland Security Internet Restrictions exist?

I was looking to make a website and post some detailed information on the construction of railroad engines and possibly the rail cars. I was told by a friend that the Homeland Security might not want detailed information to be posted. I searched, but could not find anything on what would fall under sensitive information. Is there a sight, listing, or guidelines as to what should not be posted?

I did look on the Homeland Security website, but only found information on government office documents.

Thanks for your help
