I did the siding installation on the whole Building, and I did a lot of Repairs on other 3 Buildings, and This contractor that i Worked for, he work for KB HOMES. And Now He Says that KB HOME is not gonna make any other construction here in LA and For that Reason That guy is Having some problems to get the money, and now I dont know if it`s truth or not.....Anyways if KB HOME Owes my Boss' money he should put a lien on that, but he never do it so I'll do it for myself.
I got Some Pictures Showing My guys working, I got a Contract that my boss' employee Signed for me and I got eyewitness who saw we working over there...

Be very careful about filing a lien. If KBHomes owes your boss, what gives you the authority to file a lien against KBHomes on behalf of yourself?

Sounds like your boss is making excuses when he owes you money.

i doubt you will be able to - KB homes will have to take them to court if they do not pay...
