What is the minimum notice an employer can give a construction worker on termination from a job who has been t 5 seconds to say goodbye unless there is a contract protection that says otherwise I worked construction for over 30 years and the answer is "no notice". You can be terminated immediately. I am not sure what the ending of your question was supposed to be but, I have seen no changes in the timing. The minimum notice for termination is zero seconds.
