A construction site by St. Marys Hospital in London is in the early stages of development and will become part of the existing Hospital. Contact the HEALTH AND SAFETY EXECUTIVE website to investigate the obligatory laws and regulations . There is quite an amount of legistlation regarding the duties and care of contractors on sites. There is also called the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) to overcome problems with construction activity. There are statutory duties on clients designers and contractors to enforce laws which must be adhered to on any construction site. Research these websites and hopefully you can make a comprehensive and informative file regarding what should be included in this particular safety file. Nearest emergency facilities. |
