At what point is censorship violating our constitutional right to freedom of speech?

This is an on-going debate amongst all of my friends. They all have such differing opinions about it. What's ur?

Oliver Wendell Holmes said something like "Your rights end where my nose begins" (not exactly that but the meaning is much the same)
You can be censored if what you write or say endangers the lives (including quality of life in some cases) , property, or rights of others. Aside from that it becomes arguable and the freedom of speech may protect you.

This is a general guide and of course there is a lot more that could be said but I'll spare you that :)

LOOK AT ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WERE ARRESTED THIS WEEK.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR FREEDOM IN THE LAST 8 YEARS. I DO NOT WANT MY GRAND CHILDREN TO EXPERIENCE EVEN LESS FREEDOM WITH MCPAIN. HE WANTS THE EXCUTIVE BRANCH TOO HAVE ALL THE POWER (THE PRESIDENT). THAT WOULD BRING US CLOSER TO A DICTATORSHIP. EXACTLY WHAT THE BIG OIL AND DRUG COMPANIES WANT. THEY WOULD ONLY HAVE TO DEAL WITH ONE PERSON INSTEAD OF 60.

OUR FORE FATHERS CAREFULLY SET UP OUR GOVERMENT SO THAT THERE WOULD BE A BALANCE OF POWER AND NOT A DICTATORSHIP. AT THE TIME THEY WERE TIRED OF KING GEORGE OF ENGLAND'S CONTROL OF THE COLONIES.

They also set it up that we had freedom of speech.
