Lawyers and constitutional experts- which amendments has Bush violated?

ha ha, you're obviously not lawyers! Bush has violated the 4th, 5th, 6th and likely the 8th amendments. He also has violated section I article 9- Habeas corpus.

The 4th amendment protects against illegal search and seizure. However the Bush administration in many cases has performed searches without any warrant or court order. The 5th amendment guarantees due process and the 6th the right to a speedy trial. Lets see, how long were the detainees held in Guantanemo, most of them never had any charges filed against them.

If the claims ot torture are true, then Bush-Cheney and Rumsfeld also violated the 8th amendment which protects against cruel and unusual punishments.

uh...none.

He's violated the 10th. Amendment ("The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.") by allowing to stand decades of unlawful intrusion by the federal government into the business of the States, and the people.
He's violated the 14th. Amendment's equal protection clause ("no state shall鈥?deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." ) but not doing away with affirmative action, a blatantly unconstitutional affront to liberal democracy.

I'll just list one...the fourth amendment...wiretapping. Good explanation here about wiretapping being an impeachable offense back in the old days..
