Here is the situation: I know they cant charge you but what is it called. There is a word for why they cant charge you. ex post facto. it means "after the fact" They cannot hold something against you for doing something that was legal when you did it. Basically, if you did it BEFORE they passed the law, than your safe. Do your own homework! |
