What are some examples of Constitutional abuse? Spec the 4th amendment? USA Patriot Act, FISA, any domestic spying or warrantless wiretapping, i.e. the NSA/FBI working with Verizon and other telecomms providers to eavesdrop on all communications and compile massive databases, which has caused these telecomms companies to lobby Congress like crazy hoping to get immunity from the inevitable lawsuits which would be justified because such collusion is illegal, the REAL ID act, the "war on drugs" and everything that goes with it, etc etc etc etc etc... how about you read the 4th amendment, and think of the opposite. |
