Are there constitutional laws against female circumcision in Nigeria and are they being enforced? My understanding is that there are laws against it, but they are difficult to enforce sine this barbaric procedure is often done in secret. No. Same as male circumcision. Think of it as plastic surgery. Its a good thing too. Its all these silly hippy feminist left wing idiots who do not understand these things who make a sing song about it. Let people do what they want to do as they have done for centuries. |
