Which US Constitutional admendment is your least favorite?

The 17th Amendment. It removes the state governments from having a say in the lawmaking process at the federal level.

The Second.

Prohibition.

Since it was repealed, it is just taking up space :)

Ironic that the effort to keep people from getting wasted, was itself wasted :)

The one banning alcohol. I think the 19th, not sure on that. Fortunately Congress woke up and fixed that with a later amendment allowing alcohol again, before it was too late.

My favorite combo of amendments is the second and this one Congress passed to reinstate alcohol. Because if there are any two amendments that go together well, its the gun amendment and the alcohol amendment. Makes for a fun weekend, though not so much for the squirrels. Yeeehah!!

Each constitutional amendment guarantees individual rights that our founding fathers knew would be necessary for a free and self-governing society.

Why should I allow my feelings or favoritism to cloud my understanding of how important that is to how well our society functions?
