I just got arrested and charged with theft 1 and computer crime.. But its my first offense as an adult. How long do you think ill serve? Or what punishments will I get? 3-5 in state prison. Don't bend over in the shower!!!! what did you steal and what was the "computer crime"? i hope you get the max to be honest.probably under a year but you should get three.if you get a good lawyer you'll get probation! Long enough to become someones girlfriend Not long enough is my guess. Depends on your lawyer and the Judge,good luck.
