Can you get a family kicked out of your neighborhood??? |
So this family that lives down the street from me is trashy!!! Their kids went to Juvenile Hall for stealing computers from 2 middle schools in the area. And today their daughter went speeding into the oncoming traffic lane to pass me as a lady was crossing the cross walk on her bike. She almost hit the lady. I went to the house to tell her parents and the daughter cussed me out. I dont know but the best thing to do is CALL THE POLICE!! those kids are bad and should get arrested!! How old are those kids anyways?? Yeah, these are not grounds for kicking people out of their own home. If they're severely disturbing the "quiet enjoyment" of your actual home - ie screaming and yelling all the time, etc, then you may have a claim for private nuisance. But you certainly can't kick them out of their own home because their kids went to juvie and you don't like the way their daughter drives. Being trashy isn't against the law, neither is raising delinquent kids. my friend has a problem with her neighbors. so bad the police have come and made both neighbors come in for "counseling" at the police station. lol. i was not aware of the quiet enjoyment aspect. i had forgotten that but it is a legal real estate term. consult with a lawyer ... document all days/times of the disturbances. i will advise my friend to do the same. No, you cannot. Although their behavior might be questionable, even illegal, they stll retain the legal right to live in a place they can afford. You cant get them kicked out, only their landlord could do that if they aren't the homeowner. But whos to say their house won't burn down "accidentally" in the middle of the night. No you can`t . And btw you suck. Dont get involved in others people lives. What they do is their own problem. lol... classy... if they are buying the house... nope, if they are renting.... not unless you shouw the rental office some serious reason |
