Can I take someone to court over this? What should I do? |
I've lived someplace for years. And over and over there will be huge leaks in the ceiling that damages my stuff. This morning it just happened again. I don't think my computer was damaged but I haven't checked it yet. My closet full of stuff looks like it will be damaged. This keeps happening and they say they keep saying they fixed it. What should I do about this? I live in an apartment/co-op on the first floor. If you have reported the problem to your landlord and they have failed to repair it then you can sue for damages.~ |
