What kind of a sentence can someone expect if they are guilty of receiving stolen goods of less than $1,000? |
My nephew has received word that he is a running felon. Several years ago he bought unknowing a stolen computer. He went to his court date but was told he wasn't on the docket. So he assumed it was over. We think he should get a lawyer? or turn himself in and take the punishment. He paid $350.00 and the police officer said didn't you think this was to cheap? This happened about three years ago. Probably probation and community service if he turns himself in soon. / |
