Should i report her for harrassment or something?

The mother of my boyfriends son is 29 years old, she is a true DEVIL!! she dont know me, but she talks like she does. She refers me as "black dog" because she thinks im filipino and obviously she has racism problems, she never even seen me, im prettier than her, i seen a picture of her that my boyfriend had holding their son. And she is like 215lbs. The only info she had true of me is that i used to work at a gas station, thats when i met my boyfriend and he told her about it. right now im 5 years younger than her and im going to school and working as a lpn, she is a waitress and her oldest is 15 years old, he also act like a punk. i had made an agreement with my boyfriend saying if i keep my mouth shut whenever she opens her fat mouth about me, just tell her that im no longer with you anymore. this started about 4 months ago, she still talks crap about someone she doesnt even know. Anyways to my real question if i should report her for what she said on the email she sent him and also all the text messages she sent to my phone. Okay before i get there, my boyfriend pays $400 dollars in child support every month plus he sends an extra $300 for whatever else every month too. So this is what she said on the email: "your site sucks you boring asshole :} GET SOMME pic on that bicth how is your black dog doin did you get rid of the flea on her ***:} and send the money asshole frankie getting to be a biacth so come get him :} " and this was sent justafter my boyfriend sent the $350. Anyways what do you think? sorry about not making paragraphs but something is up with my computer.
P.S. She says that she is tired of seeing her own son but my boyfriend begs her to have him come to just visit and then she lies about it and doesnt send him.

girl you have what the dumb ***** wants and it's you're man don't let the dumb *** get to you kill her more and be happy with you're man and act like she was never even there the sick ***** wants you and you're man to be unhappy because of her and she will use the fact that they have a kid together but you and i know that don't mean she has a right for drama.so when she starts **** try hard and act like you don't care i know you will be dying inside be strong at the end you will see that she will feel stupid and you'll feel better knowing and seeing it on you're on what a dumb person she is.remember happiness kill's evil bitches.

Stay out of it. Why get involved in something that will eventually cause a bigger problem for everyone including you.

Amicable settlement is the best solution.

If you tell her to stop just start saving all the emails and show them to the police. Worse thing that could happen is they say there is nothing they can do. I'm pretty sure if you have proof of you asking her to stop and she has persistent negative emails you should be able to have something done.

No...there is nothing to report her for. She is not harassing you, she's sending a private email to her son's father. When it comes to "harassment" it has to be done to you directly and it has to rise to a very very very high level. This is because of free speech. As rude and racist as her comments are, they have to become totally totally outragious before a court would attempt to stop someone's right to express an opinion. It sounds as though you are intelligent, work hard and are interested in bettering yourself. This is what she is reacting to and unfortunately you will always encounter this type of jealousy. I think you probably have to consider that if you remain with your boyfriend, this is how things will always be as long as his son is a minor.

She is very bitter. What you want to do is really think about it. Do you want this in your life if you two were to get married? The ex will be with you because of his kid. She has a power control trip going on and will use it. He made the baby with her so something about her he must have liked. You could file harassment charges on her due to the emails.
