He has naked pictures of me? |
my boyfriend and i were together, and i one point we had naked picutres of each other. I know he still has them on his computer. I am not supposed to contact him. (he called the police on me...he told them i was hitting him...but i wasn't) the police told me not to call him and stuff. But i do not want those naked pictures on is computer....can i do anything about it? i was 18/19 at the time the pictures were taken. so i was of legal age....looks like there is not much i can do huh... At this point, no ya only if he displays them to the public over the computer or shows his friends or something then you can call the police and sue him. If you took them voluntaritly, you cannot display them to the public, but if you did not know he was taking them then thats illegal and you can call the police right away. I doubt you can do anything, unless you find that he's published your pictures on one of the many sites available. You can't do anything now. But if you find out he uses them, you can sue and perhaps even press criminal charges. No doubt you need to stay away from him. Sorry to say but there is nothing thats says he cannot have them and without you being able to contact him you cant even ask him. The only option you do have is to ignore the police from what they told you and ring him or text him to say that you have pictures of him naked still and are going to send them all out, then he should be like oh **** and come to a deal to delete them. There is really nothing you can do. Tell others not to be as dumb as you were in the past. It pays to listen to your elders. you gave him those pics. and it is his to keep. don't do this to your next boyfriend. you may report it but i don't know what will happen. in the future think before you do stuff. if your boyfriend is smart. he will deleate them. You're s*** out of luck hun, I'm sorry. You should have thought twice about that before taking them. I know this isn't helpful, but unless he took them without your knowledge and you have proof that he still has them, you're just kinda screwed. mm. maybe you should tell the police, and explain that you need to contact him and ask him to remove the pictures, and if he refuses to, tell the police. If they where given willingly at the time then the only way to have them removed is that he is willing to do so and you go through a third party such as a lawyer. Perhaps if you still have the ones of him maybe a trade? As long as he keeps them to himself you can't do much. If he tries to post it somewhere on the Internet you could sue him and have him arrested. Good luck. Sorry, Kandy, not too bright of you. Hope you learned a valuable lesson: don't do again. Why did you take naked pictures. But you can call police on you, especilly if your under 18 when these pic's were taken. I just hope you learned not to do something like this again. You can talk to the police about them only if you were underage at the time the photos were taken. You must complain police people regarding this. before this inform your parents regarding this and get their advise to follow an action aginst him. Nothing you can do, unless your under 18, which, I hope your not. No.. There is no legal action you can take. ouch.... if you have his pictures then just use them to get back at him.. or tell him that if he erases your you will erase his. technically he has 2 give them back bcuz u ddnt sign a release form or anything so basically if he still has them they r prob considerd stolen Not unless he posts them somewhere w/o your permission. sneak into his house when hes not home and then go to his computer and find the pictures and delete them No sorry - shouldn't have taken them... maybe tell the police but I don't know No. Take a lesson in this and use better judgement in the future. Nope; you should have thought better of it before you posed for him. A little late now. You have no recourse unless he posts them somewhere. Hope you learned a lesson. you know who to call:) I don't know try calling the police You are out of luck! tell the popo buy a virus and email it to his computer |
