right virgin media have been told to hand over all the names of people who have watched or downloaded music illegally is this not against the computer misuse act of 1990 because they are 1 giving out your information without your permission 2 well you could say they are hacking your computer.I say this because i f they are watching what you do is that not against some other law. plus what right do they have telling other people what you do Yes they do! Criminals have no right to privacy while committing a crime. Yes. Privacy laws don't affect illegal activity. They're not hacking, either, since they have to handle all of your traffic anyway. |
