I usually get my wallpapers from the internet yes it is legal Either the guy above me is a real lawyer or just an idiot. It's not illegal to have a picture on as your wallpaper. But if you were a graphic designer and you take a copyright images and make modifications to it as your own image and sell it or anything. You can risk getting sued. from a lawyer. it is legal as long as you dont try to take the picture and try to sell it or the object in the picture then its legal. it is absolutely, precisely, surely and definitely LEGAL... Perfectly legal. it's legal! I do it all the time. As long as you're not taking credit for other people's work. It's legal, I do it all the time... it is legal Yup. |
