Can i?????

Can i?????
have internet while my brothers on house arrest? its cable! its in my room only on my computer! and can they go through all my stuff when they come to my parents house?

i live with him ... many people have told me that i cant have it bc i live in the same house as him!!! he has a series charge and seens i live live in the same house with him can they go through my stuff too???

They can search any area that he has unregulated access to. Unless your room has a lock and it is kept locked at all times, then he has access to the room.

Something to keep in mind while you are living without Internet at home and dealing with random searches, it was HIS actions that brought this on you.

Well what I wold do is talk to his PO officer. He or she will be able to tell you what you can or cant do around him. If there is anything you can do to lock up or put a password on it. The PO officer will Answer what you need to know.
