Is this lazy.............. |
I work at a library with this young woman. She's a shelver. The boss says we have to work for our whole shift except for a 15 min bread. After she finishes shelving everything, sometimes she shelf reads or straightens up but other times she'll set down & read or get on the computer only getting up to straighten and shelve new stuff. What should be the consequence? Explain her job description to her and if she isnt doing her job then fire her after the warning period. |
