What could happen if someone took nude photos of another person with out them knowing?

I didnt do this! XDD But! I know someone who found another persons flash drive and found photos of this person nude and in sexual positions. This person gave those photos to some guy to have on his computer. Im not with these people, but I feel like since I know something should be done. Im planning on telling the girl. Could legal action be taken and if so, what?

Why shouldnt I tell? Wouldnt I be at fault just for simply knowing and not telling?

I feel nothing could be done, they girl let someone take those picture (for she was in sexual positions)

They didn't have any agreement on paper or anything. Probably just promise you wont show anyone.

Nothing can be done. well..... a legal action :P

To the other answers... they didn't say it was stolen, they said they found it. Maybe for looking whats in the flash drive a legal action could be done... but that isn't the question.

the questions goes for... the person that has the pictures.

Invasion of Privacy most definitely.

If you are considering this, I seriously ask that you reconsider.

Well stealing ("found") the flashdrive alone is considered theft, looking at the items on it is an invasion of privacy since it was presumbly the persons property........

if they post them on the Internet, yes legal action could be and should be taken, but either way. the girl could call the cops and they might be able to do something

I believe cival action,Im not sure if it could be criminal action.
