When the police punch in their computer an out of province/state license plate, what do they see?

if a toronto police officer, types in a quebec license plate (toronto being ontario) what comes up? does he have the same access to information as an officier in quebec?

These days, the Toronto cop sees the same thing a Quebec cop - or even a Texas or Arkansas cop - would see on his own states plates. Even three or four States in Mexico are on the system now.
