Death row and computers ? |
does anyone know if death row inmates have acsess to computers . i have seen on sites inmates asking for penpals via snail mail , but wondered if they got to post the request or other ? thanks and happy july 4th. I think they do. They get married, they type up memoirs, and they contest their convictions, all online. Some definitely do. it coud depends on where they are located in what prisons. one could research this online in 'penpals' for immates...great question |
