How can i go about getting property that belongs to me from a friend.? |
I did a loan for a computer for a friend. she agreed to make the monthly payments. she has not paid in almost six months. I am now going to have to make the payments or have a suit filed against me. I do not want to pay for something i do not have but she refuses to answer my calls or emails about getting the computer back. what can i legally do to get it back? i have paperwork showing the serial number of the computer and proof that it is in my name. Since she won't make the payments then you do what you have to. Take her to small claims court. Take her to small claims court. |
