How could such corruption scheme be liquidated? |
Suppose there are corrupted high magistrats that are ONLY reading the prepared before decisions on some processus and this is made by the folowing scheme: the decisions at lower levels first being robbed/they are not on public view/ by criminal structures- then given to some "board" that prepare the high level court decision and then only being put in computer of the judges-figurants. Tracing the process you have described should provide proof of the malfeasance, corruption. Of course an investigation would have to be conducted, followed by prosecution. |
