Changing name ? help !!!!!!?

hi .. my legal name is Don-Jin and i want to change it to Don

cuz my legal name sounds so asian. would my high school

counselor erase "Jin" on the computer data without showing

her any proof that i changed Don-Jin to Don ? i don't wanna

waste $350 or higher for just erasing "Jin" in the U.S court

legally :( .

(just in high school attendance .. not legally changing )

Don-Jin is cute. Love the name your family gave you. =)

Your high school counselor might not be doing the right thing if he went along with your desire because your name must have to be reflected correctly. Morover, if your school records will not reflect your complete name,, you might have more problems in the future when your school records show a discrepancy in your name. lastly, what do you have against asians that you are so ashamed of an asian soundimng name? It just indicates that you are quite lacking inself confidence and insecure if you are ashamed to have an asian sounding name. What you should be ashamed of is being ashamed of your heritage because you wouldn't have an asian sounding name if you did not have asian bvlood.

Why the hell does it matter? Those people who make fun of you are really just queers anyway.
