What can a magistrate judge look-up about a civilian on their computer system?

Can they see your financial information, personal stats, and addresses outside of the county they work in?

Generally from what I know..You name, address including past and current criminal activity, speeding tickets and warnings to any legal actions such as marriage, divorces, search warrants, protective orders, liens, foreclosures including any Small Claim actions that have been legally filed in that jurisdiction. But they would need a reason to actually look up this information .

Depends on the judge. Most have their bailiffs and other support staff do that sort of thing.

The court records for the state of residence. Every divorce, every traffic ticket fought in court, every arrest (unless the charges are dropped before arraignment) will show up. Believe it or not all of that is public record, except for juvenile offenses. Juvenile records may show that a juvenile by a certain name went before the judge; but the charges and the verdict are sealed. A court order is required to view sealed records.

There might be some difficulty with common names (Robert Peterson, Jennifer Smith, etc), but with enough time they can find out which Robert Peterson cases are the right ones.

Place of residence, and work history are not in the system. That information may be verified by other sources though.

Any thing they want ot.

idk??
