How can I get forms to print for rental eviction in state of MI?

The form is the "notice to quit, Termination of tenancy, Landlord-Tenant" form if you just want them out.

If you want them to pay, then the form is "Demand for Possession Non Payment of Rent".

If you believe (and can prove) that they pose an immediate danger to the house, you may want to look into a "7Day Emergency " form.

Your local clerk at the courthouse should be able to explain the different forms to you. In my county they charge $1 per form. ggggrrrrrr. They may help you complete the form though it is rather self explanatory. Mail off or hand deliver the Tenant's copy and make note of when you did that. In one week (or month - depending upon which form you served) if they have not complied, you return to the courthouse and file the next form that will get you a court date. Bring at least 3 copies of the lease to turn in with the new form. When you get your ruling, the judge will order them to pay your court costs.

In my county the judges tend to look at landlords as the scum and the tenants as the good ones (how backwards is that?) but the timing from the point that you begin a standard eviction until they are gone is only about 45 days. Much better than most other states.
