My little brother stole some stuff from his school?

my brother took an 80 gig ipod and a 300 dollar camera from his school's computer room. They are charging him with grand theft supposedly. How much trouble could he be in?

He'll go to juvenile hall and none of it will go onto his adult record. He may have to do community service or pay a fine.

Talk to the big man upstairs and kneel when you do. The courts might be lenient but your parents are the ones who are going to suffer most since he's a minor and they are responsible for his actions.

If he is a minor he will probably get some time in juvie. $300. is usually a felony and he got more than that, and as a minor they will still give more than just a slap on the wrist nowadays.

lots. sounds like a real creep.
