Personal property? |
My ex girlfriend has kept a computer and sofa that we had split when we purchased them. My half is worth approx. 700 dollars. The computer also has roughly a 1000 songs (about a 1000 dollars worth) saved on the hard drive. After asking to be compensated for my half of the sofa and computer and for the return of the songs, she has failed to do anything. It's been over a year. I believe she also access to the receipts. Is there anything I can do? Do I have a case? thought about court? can you prove the conversations about compensation? start writing down conversations and decide to split hairs or let go and move on, food for thought. |
