My land lord stole my computer and leather comforter set and i want to sue i have a witness should i go 2 cour

he was always lurking around the house. one day my sister saw him and on the day my laptop was stolen my cousin saw him and other mexicans

aland lord can not take any thing that belongs to you . He has to take you to court to get anything. I would file a case in court small claims he will be ordered to give your things back. make sure that your witness and any proof goes to court goes with you.... on guard!

get you some locks and go file in court as soon as possible.. get em ... Report It

Did you pay your rent on time. Landlords usually have a clause in the lease agreement that they have the right to confiscate property as collateral against uncollected debt.

confront him first. then sue.

if this is true, call the police.

Call the police and make an official police report. File charges on the guy and he could get jail time.

You said that you have the proof then you should go to Small Claims Court.
Good luck.

you should go confront him but first you should get a tape recorder and record your conversation for evidence i would that would be a smart thing to do good luck with your stuff i hope you get it back or seek revenge on him have fun

call the cops

You should have called the cops already. This is a criminal issue and not a civil court issue. The police will have to become involved and investigate your sister's allegations.

o yea im mexican you have my permission (to go beat his ***)

go and sue he has no right to enter your property with out consent even if he owns the building, go and sue him for emotional distress etc etc, get a good lawyer too and go big time

First, you need to file criminal charges against him. If he is convicted then he will have to pay you restitution or return what he stole out of your house, but you need to make a criminal complaint ASAP.
