The state of Ms. has me in the computer to serve 7yrs and my sentencing order has only 2yrs.? |
I was sentenced on Oct 23 2003. 5yrs timed served and 2yrs supervised probation. It is now Oct 2006 an I'm currently still on probation. All fines and restitutions has been paid for this charge. With the parole system, every yr is 2-3 months.So , if u got 7 yrs, u most likely will have to serve 14 months or less. DONT KNOCK ITT, IF THEY MADE A MISTAKE THEY WILL, COME KNOCKING ON YOUR DOOR-- |
