Whats the punishment for stealing documents from a schools computer? (Like student records, staff info)?

Im 14 and an average student at a English state school. I have easy access to sensitive information on my schools IT network, I'm planning to put it on a USB flash drive because i'm nosy.. But what would happen if I got caught?

The IT departments pissed at me already - But what could happen to me if i got caught?

Thanks
