Is it legal to have pics of children in your computer?

For example, I have pics of Dakota and Elle Fanning and Abigail Breslin in my computer.

As long as it is not sexual I can see no harm in it. The ones you mention are celebs and many people put them on their computer. As long it is not child pornography then I see no legal reason for not doing it.

Of YOUR children? Or other people's kids? Either way, I don't see anything wrong with that, unless if you actually do something wrong with those pics. I keep some pictures of kids in my computer as well, but I'm no pedophile.

it's ok to have pictures of children. if you have tons and tons of pictures of children you don't even know that's legal, but people might think you're weird.

There not nude are they? If they are then yes. (which is just so very WRONG)
If not then it's fine, it's just like adult actors.

As long as they are not nude photos or children posed in provocative ways. just think of it like this - if you put the picture up as a screen saver would you shock or horrify anyone who came over? If so then stop being a pervert and see a psychologist. if they are not perverted pictures then there's nothing wrong with them.

If they are not pornographic, of course it is legal and quite common.

It's legal to have legal pic of kids now, but if Bill O'riely gets his way, it wont be. He is the "Child's protector" and think that any child pic is child porn. Better to keep them on a disk.
