What rules govern the watching of porn on your computer?

Federal Laws govern porn on the internet...
1) Because of the vast area it can cover, from child porn, to ILLEGALLY copying material, to other violations.

2) because of the nature of the internet, it is obvious your "local" or "state" police could not handle this task without ALOT of resources.

Oh and of course your mom and dad have rules too I am sure! Just dont get the keyboard messy.

Well, if you are talking Laws then All participants in the porn must be over the age of 18. and thats pretty much it. Just dont watch child porn and you are ok
