You can't hurt anyone by being a drunken internet loser, except for yourself. No one cares about protecting drunken internet losers from themselves, apparently.

Maybe if you're in a public place and someone complains- as in a library or Internet cafe and your displaying porn site to children or you're tracked down by IP address while you''re harassing complainant. Yahoo might track you down now and call cops about silly questions that are interfering with someones access.
